About Me

As a seasoned Product Executive with more than a decade of experience in developing digital products, I have a proven track record. I began my journey at Trulia and Zillow Group, where I reached over 50 million monthly users. Later, I played a pivotal role in growing the mobile commerce app Shopkick and successfully led Brilliant Smart Home’s expansion across SaaS, embedded hardware, and mobile app platforms.

Current Role

In my current capacity as the VP of Product at HomeLight, I’m dedicated to shaping the future of the buyer and seller experience in real estate. Real estate transactions are not just financial investments; they are deeply emotional moments in people’s lives. I am passionate about enhancing this journey, as it’s something households often undertake multiple times throughout their lives. Personally, I’ve navigated condo purchases and now a starter single-family home, all while dreaming of my forever home.

I operate in a GM-type role and own end-to-end business performance from user acquisition, product development, and sales operations. I lead Product, Growth, and Operations teams across product management, design, analytics, partnerships, performance marketing, and sales/product ops. I am also a member of the executive team.

My team of 30+ members is in charge of all growth, client/agent, sales CRM, and operations experiences for millions of clients, tens of thousands of agents, hundreds of investors, and hundreds of sales operators monthly.

Product Philosophy

My product management philosophy revolves around a comprehensive approach, from strategic planning to Go-To-Market execution. I prioritize seamless collaboration and emotional intelligence when working across teams.

The best Product Managers are platform-agnostic and focus on problem-solving before jumping to solutions. This approach is highly valued by engineering and design teams, allowing us to avoid building unvalidated products.

Product Managers are measured by outcomes, often stemming from effective decision-making and partnerships with stakeholders. I embrace the concept of wearing multiple hats, and I apply this philosophy when managing and nurturing cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Design, and Product Analytics.

Throughout my career, I have spearheaded numerous partnership initiatives, collaborating closely with Business Development, Sales, and Marketing to create value and seize Go-To-Market opportunities.

In my free time, I contribute to the Product discipline as a Product Advisor, a Featured Speaker at Product School, a Mentor at Alchemist Accelerator, Facilitator at Supra, and a Founding Member of the Executive Council Network (ECN).
